The California School Boards Association is comprised of four non-profit corporations: the parent corporation, the CSBA Foundation, the CSBA District Services Corporation and the CSBA Finance Corporation. Consistent with IRS requirements applicable to tax-exempt organizations, each of these corporations annually file IRS Form 990s.
