Make paying school-related fees easier for your families with PaySchools™. It is a secure online payment processing system that allows parents to pay school fees for breakfast, lunch or extra-curricular activities; or make purchases, including school apparel, yearbooks, or event tickets, by electronic check or credit card, anytime, anywhere.

Cost-effective—save time and labor

PaySchools™ is convenient and reduces time required for annual processing of payments by school employees. There are no up-front set-up fees, no monthly minimum payments, and no annual fee. Districts that participate are assessed a flat percentage of purchases made during the month through the PaySchools system. Fees are calculated and drawn from the school’s account at the end of each month. Districts can get started in one business day. Once a district is set up with PaySchools, parents access it through a link on the school district’s Web site. They select the item they want to purchase (customized by the school district) and pay for them using electronic checks or credit cards. Payments are automatically processed and the money is transferred to the school’s bank account.
